How does FeatureAlerts work?
Create an account, choose the profile you want to watch, connect a delivery channel, and keep your subscription active. When the worker finds a matching feature, FeatureAlerts sends the alert through your enabled notification channels.
How fast are alerts?
Alerts are designed to arrive within minutes of detection. Actual timing depends on the monitored source, worker availability, delivery provider availability, and the notification channel you choose.
Which delivery channels are supported?
Telegram and email are supported today. SMS and additional channels may be added later based on demand and delivery costs.
How do billing and cancellation work?
FeatureAlerts is $20 USD per month. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal linked on your account page.
What should I do if I miss an alert?
Confirm that your subscription is active, your watched profile is correct, and at least one notification channel is enabled. If everything looks right, email support with the profile and approximate time you expected the alert.
