By accessing or using FeatureAlerts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeatureAlerts provides real-time notifications when your content is featured on high-visibility profiles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: interfering with the Service's operation, attempting to access accounts that do not belong to you, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid monthly subscription. The current price is $20 USD per month unless a different price is displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to pay the displayed fees and authorize our payment provider, Stripe, to process your payment method. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal linked from your account page.

6. Notifications and Availability

FeatureAlerts is designed to notify you quickly when matching features are detected, but delivery timing may vary based on source availability, worker availability, and third-party notification providers. We do not guarantee that every feature will be detected or delivered within a specific timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeatureAlerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
